Searched the forum, was surprised to find no posts about The Police's reunion tour. I for one was ecstatic when I heard the news. But the reason for posting was that I was curious if anyone has seen them perform this year or heard anything about their concerts? I am seeing them tomorrow (well its now today I guess) in Tampa and I am pretty pumped.

Hmmm, can't say I'm a huge fan of anything of theirs, except that one song, Next To You, love that track.

I've been hearing generally good reviews, although I read one interview with Stewart Copeland where he said he felt they were playing sloppily. Stewart's a big perfectionist though, so I wouldn't worry too much.

scourge of the earth. they're the epitome of band's reuniting in the music industry to make money and to boost a failing solo career.

i just really don't like them at all.

sorry you feel that way, but it was an amazing show last night. And Harlz, 'next to you' was the last song they played during their 2 encore :)
