heres the thing - over here in the UK there are many 'chavs' (scallies or whatever you want to call them) iam not sure if any other countries have this problem but recently there has been a huge increase in people wanting to dress in burbary, act the way chavs do and listen to rave music. if you are not familiar with the name we give people like this i refer you to the link given below. My mates have been passing this around school for a while now... I think Devvo is fucking shit and completely annoying.
i kno what you mean - i find him funny though (some of the time) ..and yeh this devvo person has been up on the net for a while and by the sounds of it has built a big reputation up as well
