Before daniel johns turn to pop, this band he was the lead singer of was very good. I like the songs "Pop song for us rejects" "Freak" and "Learn to Hate." Who else likes them?
Silverchair is without a doubt one of my favorite bands from the mid-90's. I have always loved Daniel's lyrics. You could just feel his pain as you listen. Great songs, great band. I miss them. <3
I like silverchair; i think daniel had a unique way with words, for lack of a better description. I really like "Emotion Sickness," and it's probably one of my all time favorite songs, ...but then again there's "Spawn Again," which is an enigma to me. Suffice to say I don't particularly enjoy it too much. But, I also enjoy "Without You," "Ana's Song" and "Miss You Love."
Yup, I love them. My favorite songs are probably "Dearest Helpless", "Paint Pastel Princess" and "Anthem For The Year 2000" (yeah, I love Neon Ballroom).
I found this on some Silverchair fansite. Apparently this was in some newspaper called the Herald, but there are so many. It's good just to get away from silverchair and do something different. We've kind of been doing that for over 10 years now, so it's just refreshing to have a different experience. But I love the silverchair thing and hopefully there's a possibility we may do something next year, but it's still a bit up in the air. - Ben Gillies
