The day has finally come for Indian fans of Linkin Park! After decades of waiting, it’s finally real: the band will be making their India debut as part of the Lollapalooza India lineup in Mumbai. The Chicago festival's India counterpart will return to Mahalaxmi Racecourse for its fourth year January 24–25, 2026, and Linkin Park has confirmed their spot on the festival lineup in emails to LP Underground members in India, as part of the From Zero World Tour! This follows a flurry of claims from Indian news outlets and on-the-nose teases from the festival's social media. Most notable of these were a graphic featuring a sleeve decorated with flames similar to Chester Bennington's iconic flame tattoos, and posts promoting their presale with the captions "From zero to hundred [sic]" and "Come be a part of something," references to From Zero promotional taglines. Fan suspicions became confirmation as the LP Underground emails went out, a moment many years in the making. While the festival's lineup has not been officially announced, Linkin Park has made sure their Indian fans are prepared. In the LPU email, Mike Shinoda also acknowledged how long this has been a desire of both the band and their fans in India: Demand for Linkin Park in India has been unmistakable throughout the years, with Indian fans scrutinizing any potential hints for their turn to host the band. This has ranged from interpretations of a Hindi word appearing on a coffee shop where the band took a promo photo in 2017 to speculation over the five-date China leg in 2015 implying an India leg to come—just to name some (relatively) recent examples. This is great news for Indian fans, and we're very excited to see the band finally bringing their show to one of their most fervent and dedicated fan segments after so long! If you're a fan of Linkin Park in India, be ready for the next ticket sale opening at 9:30 AM India Standard Time. Tickets can be purchased at the festival's website. Source: LPIndia on X
