Nebraska is one of those unfortunate states that hasn't gotten much attention from Linkin Park throughout the years, with just a total of six shows in 25 years. In the years 2000 and 2001 the state got a total of four performances, including two back-to-back shows at 'The Ranch Bowl', but since then the stops have been few and far between. 2008 was the last time the band stopped by, with another show planned for 2015, but unfortunately that show didn't happen due to Chester breaking his leg and the remainder of the tour had to be cancelled. Unfortunately we have literally no info about the shows in 2000 and 2001, but that's not the case for the 2008 show.

On February 12th, 2008, Linkin Park started off their first North American tour for the year in Omaha, Nebraska. With it being the middle of February, you'd think this would be the first tour of the year, but you'd be wrong, Europe had already gotten a eleven date tour from the band in January. The Omaha crowd at this show were treated to some songs like 'In Between' and 'In Pieces' which didn't stay in the live shows for long, the 'Wake' + 'Given Up' combo that we need back, and 'What I've Done' with that really cool Ambulance intro which we also really should demand back.

Most recently the band played in Minneapolis, Minnesota. It was a Set C show, meaning the Minneapolis crowd were treated to the usual set with the rotation songs consisting of 'IGYEIH', 'Stained', and 'Let You Fade'. In terms of verses that Mike did on his solo medley and 'Bleed It Out', we got 'Petrified' over the medley, and 'A Place for My Head' on 'Bleed It Out'. 'CASTLE OF GLASS' was played, so for tonights show it should be 'LIES GREED MISERY'. As for the Numb jam, we got a great punk intro and outro, which you can watch below, along with a good recording of Let You Fade, One Step Closer, and a video of the full show.

So what can we expect from the show tonight? If you've been keeping up with the setlists the band has played this tour you would've noticed that they always go A>B>C every night, and unless they switch it up, the Omaha crowd should be treated to Set A. Two songs that aren't affected by the set rotation are 'LIES GREED MISERY' and 'CASTLE OF GLASS', they rotate on their own every show, and 'LIES GREED MISERY' should be played tonight.

After this show the band only has three more shows before taking a weeks break. Those shows will be in Kansas City, Denver, and Phoenix before taking a short break and then restarting the tour in the bands home town of Los Angeles, California. The band will then make its way through California and the west coast, ending the tour on September 24 in Seattle, Washington.

I was actually thinking recently that they should swap out one of the interludes for "Wake"
