I'm staying in Osaka right now. The pictures we re taken in Dōtonbori, a famous district in Osaka that has the Riverwalk and the famous Don Quijote ferris wheel. I've been to Nishinari (Osaka) (Literally the most dangerous neighborhood in all of Japan.) Namba (Osaka) , Kyoto, Nara, Umeda (Osaka) Ota.ku (Tokyo), Shinagawa (Tokyo), and Harajuku (Tokyo) I'm going back to Tokyo today. Hope to go to Ikebukero, Shibuya, Shinjuku, (all in Tokyo) and then Yokosuka (Yokohama) Previously I've also made brief visits to Shibuya (Tokyo) Akihabara (Tokyo) Nagano, and Nagoya. And stayed in Toyonaka (Osaka) If I ever come back I hope to go to Hokkaido, Okinawa and Hiroshima. They're much harder to get to with public transportation though.
I had an amazing time at the Ne Obliviscaris & Rivers of Nihil show last night, and I’m still kind of riding that high. Metal shows are good for the soul. Also, apparently I take better selfies when I am using the restroom. #TheMoreYouKnow
That first pic is iconic @The Emptiness Machine with that torii in the back Where in Japan this time?
Mie, Osaka, Hiroshima (and Miyajima island), Nagoya, and Tokyo. The sun setting over the Seto Inland Sea aboard the JR Ferry to Itsukushima/Miyajima Island, with a view of Mt. Misen in the background. The Itsukushima/Miyajima Shrine Floating Otorri Gate. The tide was low so it was actually possible to walk close to it. Unfortunately my phone and power bank were both completely drained once I got off the ferry so I don't have pics from when I was on the Island. Hiroshima Castle
