Finally watched this set and I'm calling it my favourite of all our proshots this tour cycle - basically every song left me so impressed. I think part of it was me not having watched footage of the band playing live for some months now. Having "Somewhere I Belong" simply not open the set is a win for everyone - I've always quite liked it as a second song, if it has to be played at all. "With You" sounding amazing, would be a crime for them not to play it again in future. Emily going all-in for so many big vocals moments in songs like "Two Faced" and "Overflow", and later crushing those last notes of "Heavy Is the Crown" while crowdsurfing. That "A Place for My Head" > "IGYEIH" > "One Step Closer" sequence as well, absolutely insane - what a setlist
I concur with what others have said - the show and setlist choice was amazing! I watched it with my girlfriend on Saturday and for me, that's one of the best shows if not the best show they have put on during this From Zero tour cycle. With You opening the show was the perfect way to kick things off and Emily absolutely nailed it. They definitely need to play this again and it was a welcome change not having Somewhere I Belong being the first song to open the setlist. Everyone was on top form but I have to highlight Emily, who was sensational with her vocal performance throughout the entire show. Her cleans were incredible and she nailed the screams, especially on Two Faced, Overflow, A Place For My Head, One Step Closer, Heavy Is The Crown, Faint, the bridge of Breaking The Habit, the last note of Waiting For The End and especially in IGYEIH where she went all-out on that one. The energy from the band from start to finish, how awesome the setlist was from beginning to end, how much fun you can see the entire band are having, the crowd going wild throughout - it was such a special night and show. It's one I would definitelty revisit again. Long may it continue.

Goddamn did I not expect to see "With You" open a show out of nowhere. Absolutely kickass reference to the show 25 years prior. And yeah, Emily killed out throughout. Show was awesome, IGYEH sounding immaculate. What a performance.
Well that was amazing! Watched it on my big telly. With You was crazy and unexpected. Bring on Munich Friday as I'll be there. woohoo can't wait.
So, back from Munich and ready to give my thoughts about those shows: It was pretty close that i was able to get in front of the main stage of Rock am Ring but i was able to do it right before The Hives started their set. After them Architects played followed by Papa Roach (which by the way had a hell of a show). The last 10 minutes before the show a countdown apperead and they started when it reached 00:00. When they started that familiar introduction i could not believe my ears. WITH YOU brought the ground to shaking. A hell of a surprise. Also nice to have SIB finally out of that spot. I didnt mind it as a second song though. Also having Lying From You in the first "chapter" was also pretty cool. While i love that they include The Catalyst in the set, i would really enjoy it if they play the song in full again. Also will never understand the hype for Burn It Down. That song seems to be a crowd pleasure But playing A Place For My Head? THAT WAS HYPE! The first note just brought me into extase. That was seriously a highlight for me. During In The End and Faint i managed to meet a friend again so that was also a bigger emotional finish for us. This show was really great even if you could tell that the band had to manage their time on stage. But they managed to get the best out of it! Linkin Park at Rock am Ring is and will be always something special.
