Tonight, Linkin Park takes the 2026 European iteration of their From Zero live show to Lyon, France, an east-central city not far from the Swiss border, and a part of the country the band has never performed in before. The show will be at Groupama Stadium, a stadium with a capacity of over 59,000, making it the third-largest one in France since its opening in 2016. Not counting re-openings, Groupama Stadium (previously known as Parc Olympique Lyonnais or Parc OL until a name change in mid-2017) is also the newest stadium in France, with Linkin Park set to be the 18th music artist to play there. New York alternative duo Phantogram will be one of the supporting acts tonight, along with France's own rock hellraisers Last Train, the only date on this European tour where they occupy an opening slot.

Lyon, the capital of France’s Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes region, is the third-largest city in France after Paris and Marseille; the greater metropolitan area within which the city itself is situated, known as the Metropolis of Lyon or Grand Lyon, has a population of over 2 million. Lyon will make the 11th French city Linkin Park has performed in since they first toured in the country in 2001. Looking at that history, the band has now performed in Clisson twice (both times to headline Hellfest) and done many shows in Paris over the years, and those are so far the only two cities in France to host Linkin Park more than once.

The band was last in France roughly a year ago, stopping in the country twice as part of a mid-2025 European tour leg. First up, on they headlined the 2025 edition of Hellfest in Clisson. This show was immediately after a tour date in Bern, Switzerland which unfortunately had to be cancelled (the band will close out this current tour leg and the entire tour cycle with a show in Zürich).

Then, less than a month later, on July 11, 2025, the band returned to play a show at France's largest stadium, the Stade de France located in Saint-Denis (not far from Paris). This was the final date on the 2025 Europe run, with JPEGMAFIA and ONE OK ROCK opening. The show featured a number of setlist change-ups, including "Stained" being performed much earlier in the show than usual and "Casualty" making a return after not being played for five shows.

The audience was also treated to ONE OK ROCK frontman Taka joining Linkin Park mid-show to help perform "One Step Closer", as well as the band launching into an impromptu jam of Led Zeppelin's "Immigrant Song" towards the end of the main set.

Linkin Park's most recent show saw them performing at 2026's Download Festival in Castle Donington, the band's only UK tour date for the year.

Thanks to Emily Armstrong, Linkin Park made Download history by being the first female-fronted band to headline the festival. They celebrated the moment with the help of the audience while playing "Two Faced", calling for the ladies to create their own mosh circle during the bridge.

Due to festival time constraints, the band wasn't able to have their usual encore break and even had to skip the encore intro. Instead, they started playing "Papercut" almost immediately after "Bleed It Out", effectively delivering one long main set.

Following tonight's Lyon show, Linkin Park will perform at 2026's O Son Do Camiño, taking place outdoors on a hill called Monte De Gozo (or Hill of Joy) in Santiago de Compostela, Spain. The band will headline the event's second day on June 19, sharing the stage on that day with acts like Biffy Clyro, Hoobastank, The Bloody Beetroots and more.

Great to see that A Place For My Head is getting semi-regular appearences in the set. Also nice to have another Living Things song with LITE beside Burn It Down. They could replace that one with Castle Of Glass imo

Kinda wish that now the FZ Deluxe songs got played pretty regulary that stuff like No Roads Left could become a thing (doubt though).

All in all is/was the setlist for the From Zero world tour pretty dope. But i would like definitely some changes with a new album

Not nice that it sits firmly in Set A, but Stockholm got LIES GREED MISERY in that spot despite it being Set A, so I missed out on it... thankfully I got to see it at Wembley though!

I hope so for you guys!

I was really lucky with both of my shows. A lot of rotations in between.
