This is a song I wrote. I mostly wrote it just because I had noticed that it was hard to use the word "sin" in a song without it sounding stupid. So I proceeded to try. Tell me what you think.

    -------------------------------------

    I saw an outstretched arm
    In the cold wind, dusk
    With the cold harsh lust
    In your outstretched arms

I taste a white lace night
    In the sinners skin
    I'm a white-gold lie
    You're my truthful cringe

    chorus:
    Letters read
I don't want to go there
    Letters, red
I don't want to go there
    Scarlet scarlet
    Don't come back
    One night one night
    Don't want to come back

    You feel a needle thread
    In your lacey skin
    During white-gold night
    Diamonds, sinking in

I know you held on tight
    In the bloody end
    As the film tape rolled
Black and white was a trend

    chorus

This part is sort of spoken except melodically spoken:

    Red lips
    Meet iron fist
    Sour, lemons and lime

    Over and in
    Bruises and within
All in a matter of time

    Over the bridge
    Through the woods
    But close, closing in

    Stop, drop
    Go down in a shot
    Haunted by innocence

    chorus
