Hey ya'll. I was just talking with the local DJ of my radio station up here in Edmonton, Alberta. He was telling me that on March 24 the station will be airing an hour or so special which is called the "World Album Premier" of Linkin Parks new album. I don't know if if this is a special that another radio station does and my radio station just gets from them. Cause when they did the World Album Premier of Nickelback's album it was the local DJ's that did it. So let me know if you will get this same thing on your local station. If nobody knows what this is, the band comes on the station and talks with the DJ's for a bit. Between talking with the DJ's they will play most of the songs on the album. Its a pretty cool show and I can't wait to hear it.
The name of the station is called 100.3 The Bear. But it might be easier to find it under CFBR The bear. Ummm... As for ripping it, I don't really have anything to record it to my computer with, but I have got until march 24th, so I will try to find someone who has a microphone and try and record it to my computer.
What time will it be airing? (I don't live in Alberta, but I could listen to the broadcast over the internet.)
WHy the hell u gotta rip it if it is coming on MArch. 24th and you will most likley have the album..or all the songs..cuz over here the record stores sell albums a couple days early..so I dunno
Hey a Rybullet, it is pretty much half and half of playing the album and interview with eith the band or at least one or two members of the band. So like I said I will try and get it ripped or at least get a copy of it or something. Cause it sould be a pretty cool interview. As for TwoFacedSoul I'm not sure on the exact air time. I will have to check into that. I will try and get more info .
I just called up the DJ from my radio station here. First he told me that they aren't getting the single until really early Tuesday morning, so I won't get to hear it on the radio until sometime on Tuesday which sucks, but I guess that's part of living in Canada, we are always one step behind. But anyhow though. This world album premier will be coming on monday night March 24th at 11:00pm Mountain Standard Time (One hour ahead of the time in California). :chemist: The main reason to let you know about this is if people wanted to listen to it live on the net.
