Hmm, odd. I didnt collect all six wallpapers (due to my holiday) and it still let me enter the contest. Since i'm Canadian i entered my friend in it. But those wallpapers are awesome...downloading them all right now...
It only gives you the choice between 50 states for 'Location'. Therefore, unless you pick a state, you have no chance of winning. I'llchange citizen to resident though.
