Ok, so i just sat down this afternoon and thought to myself 'Hey, why don't i try and colour in one of my Angel Sanctuary manga images?' So, i got myself a page from one of them (could be art work, i dunno, i don'town the mangas) and attempted to colour it in as best i could using photoshop from the colours that are used in the OVA. Tell me what you think, it's not the best but i'm not very good with photoshop so don't be too evil lol. Click
HORRIBLE! Actually that's a pretty good job. I like the work you did with the shading. And I believe that is art work... most of the actual comic images are drawn with, uh, less quality.

I agree about the hair... it could use two colors in it and some more dramatic shading, I think. The face... you missed the color in the eyes.
I tried to put the eyes in properly (they're just pure brown at the moment...) but it looked weird as hell. It made him look as though his whole eye was blue :wth: Plus i lost patience towards the end
To say you're not very good at Photoshop, that's really good. The eyes are the only problem i can see with it like Minus said, but other than that, great job.
The eyes: get the blue going all the way and chuck a bit of white around it to make it look more determined
