Anyone check out the news today (as on 29|04|06) ? Reportedly an Indian engineer called K Suryanaryanan has been kidnapped in Afghanistan by the Taliban. He is threatned to be executed in 24 hrs unless all Indians leave Afghanistan. His family : An elderly mother and father, sister, his wife and THREE kids are currently living their worst nightmare and are crying their eyes out. His wife claims she cannot live without him. He is living under the worst conditions possible and even though negotiatons are being made and the PM is being constantly updated, progress is slow. Just think, for no fault of his, he may be killed in a short while. His family, who have done nothing to hurt or even go against the Taliban, may now be not only either childless, a widow or fatherless because of them, but will probably die of grief as well. An entire family has been broken down just so that a few people who believe in naming their god differently or who think differently cannot live in a peice of land, which when you think of belongs to nobody in particular. And if their demands aren't conceded too, it just may be another family, and then another. Suryanaryanan has done absolutely NOTHING against the Taliban, he was probably at peace with muslims, as was his family, and he was any ordinary average man. Why him? Does he deserve this? I don't know why exactly I'm writing this, but I'm prett sure even we should do something about this. I think we can do a little bit about this and shoe our protest against the taliban. Terrorism is taking over the country and we HAVE to do something. It was the same when Imperialism took over the world: It was abolished, so why not terrorism? Well, if you all have any opinions, feel free to comment. I'm not being degratory to Muslims or Afghanis, because it's not all of them but moronic terroist groups who do things like this, and they aren't just Muslim groups: Christians, Hindus, it's everyone. I can try to forward any messages to the Indian media or something as I live there and I can try... Well, I think we need to speak out about this shit...

the guy I was talking about is that Indian engineer that got kidnapped.let me put it this way then...........if the PM of India is anything like our president that guy is as good as dead and what I mean by that is our president doesn't negotiate with terrorists and the effect is the hostages get killed, if your PM doesn't negotiate with terrorists either there's no hope for the engineer.
Man, this is the third time I'm drafting this...damn power cuts...Well, the man's already been executed. Our Ministry of External Affairs team was going to Afghanistan to negotitate and try to free him but the damn Taliban executed him even before they landed in Afghanistan... But now the media is saying the death is "premediated"...me and Dad were swearing at various ministers who couldn't care less...one idiot was even blaming this on our friendship with th USA...as if we should try and get on the Talibans good side... We're worjing on sending his family a condolence banner...
