Hey guys! it's that time of the year again, it's Christmas season...whee?! I believe I need some help and advice from all of you, and it'd be much appreciated if I get any feedback =P. I still haven't gotten my loved one a christmas gift yet, and I was wondering if any of the folks here at the LPA can help me out with ideas. And if you don't want to share some ideas, feel free to post here about what you hope to receive this christmas from your family and friends instead. Or feel free to post here about what you would like to give to your loved ones, or..hated? Haha. Spread the holiday cheer, Christmas in five days =O.
LOL! err, yeah I don't think my girlfriend would like that. Thanks for the suggestion though.... ...?LOL
This would be easier if I knew what your girlfriend was into, but I personally would love framed art of any kind. Just make sure it's not one of those cliched landscape scenes and you should be good. A pretty scarf and gloves, maybe. A CD that she'd like. Or a DVD or something. A dried flower arrangement. Cookies you baked yourself. ...and I really, really want a new tripod and a jump drive, and a Pelican case for my camera. I'm giving my older sister a new evening bag to match the dress my mom is giving her, my younger brother a signed and laminated concert poster, my older brother "On The Road" by Jack Kerouac, a flower arrangement for my mom, and an iPod case and iTunes gift card for my dad. I sent my aunts and uncles the same custom matted and framed print of one of the best shots I've done this year (it was a six-panel panorama of a waterfall by night), and a framed painting for my grandmother (a redwood forest scene that I copied from one of my grandpa's photos). Oh, and my boyfriend is getting a Dan Brown novel and a Starbucks gift card.
For once I agree with you. Actually the only thing I really want is an .mp3 player, some clothes, and DVD's...that's fine by me. Oh yeah, and Twilight Princess of course, haha.
That's why you just said either "Happy Non-Demoniational Holiday Season" or my favorite..."Happy Festivius"
A nice pair of gloves and scarf it is, thanks Kate! I've just began a watercolor painting for her, cartoon characters of me and her haha, but anywho thank you for the suggestion Kate, much appreciated.
There aren't any gifts under the tree in my house yet. It's not looking so good. I'll probably get just cash... my family doesn't buy dvds or cds or so. I never know what to expect but I kind of always ask for a PS2 game so I'll probably get that.
