Okay, the problem is that when I put a CD into my computer to be ripped, all of the players that I've tried have failed to get the album information because they can't connect to the internet. Now, normally I wouldn't be arsed and would type in the track names and album artists and crap manually but I've got 35 albums on CD here which I need to rip. So, how the hell can I sort this problem out? The only program I used to be able to use for it was iTunes but then I was told to update it and when I tried to, everything went to hell and now it doesn't open. And yes, I have tried to re-install it. Twice. So yeah, thanks in advance if you can help me
