    Comments please...

This is extremely deep to me...It pains me somehow. I'd just like you to know, I was trying to deal with this in a more poetic manner. So, it's my first time trying this writing style.

    ---------------------------------------------------------------------

    Sex & Melancholia:

    Just pretend,
    we were so close
    I'm exhausted
    yet I still imagine

    What could happen?
    What could possibly go wrong?

    I forget,
    sleep within your skin
    Feeling rotten
    for ever wanting more

    Now, what could happen?
    What could possibly go wrong?

    Slip me the secret
    You've been hiding
    Beneath the covers,
    We shiver
    Our lips quiver,
    pressed together
    And somewhere,
    far apart, we lose ourselves...forever

Now that all has gone wrong,
I sit alone and I sing,
I cry, I shout the words...
the words to my melancholic song

Good poem imo 8] Sounds like you've felt a loss of a lover.

Not quite the loss...but something similar.

    Thank you.
