Derek, MC Hammer went broke because he helped his broke ass friends, who never paid him back. As for me, I'd invest in the worlds largest hershey's kiss.
Yes, but you're also going to have the people who won't care, claiming they'll be able to afford all those extra bills because they've got all the extra money. But when I claimed I'd buy my parents a house, I didn't mean a big, extravagant mansion on the bluffs of California. My mom's always wanted a ranch-style house, just big enough to live in and feel cozy, but not too big where it feels empty. I wouldn't go out of my way to build a huge mansion or anything like the sort, as much as I would love to do so. As far as a car, I'd buy my parents a car which lasts, rather than a Lamborghini or something along those lines (mostly because my parents would never be able to get into those bucket seats). Now it's a different story when it comes to me. I'd buy a Lamborghini Murcielago, hands down, no questions asked.
We'd move to Holland, build a beautiful house with a kickass kitchen. We'd give money to my and his parents, my sisters and my brother. I'd go back to school to become a chef. Maxime would get his own gameshop and the rest we'll save. We won't stop working, I've been jobless now for a long time and it's eating me alive, so yeah, we'll work but we'll quit working when we're about 40-45 or so.
Thats the best thing yeah. Just work like you normally would. When you're done with working, you'll have enough money to die
I'd buy a house. Nothing too fancy but good enough for Rachel, and I, and our future children. I would get my mother a house nurse. Buy a studio for Rachel and I to do our musical projects in. (ie: Music videos and music productions) Put the money away for the kids college funds. That's all I can think of right now.
I'd buy a Macbook Pro, fully loaaded and then a Macbook Air for travel purposes. A new car (probably the new Camaro when it's produced) and then the rest would be placed in the bank where it will gain interest and I'll spend it on everyday expenses such as food, gas, water, electricy, etc...But what I definitely won't do is quit working.
id buy a house on Bower Road (in Sydney) Then i'd pay off all my families mortgages and other stuff so they can live without debt.
"What if I won the lottery?" that's kind of vague don't you think? It depends on what kind of lottery it is. If it is a lottery for a giant some of money, then I'd get a check. Ha-ha
