Linkin Park performs tonight in Werchter, Belgium as part of the brand-new Werchter Parklife festival, in what will be the second-last show of a rollercoaster European tour leg to wrap up the entire From Zero tour cycle. Compared to the iconic Rock Werchter festival for which Werchter is very well-known, Parklife is far smaller in scope, only taking place on one day, June 28, and featuring a more focused and minimal line-up, with Linkin Park has headline act. Other artists on the bill include Clipse, Phantogram (who have both been supporting LP for most of the non-festival Europe dates) and Papa Roach.

Werchter Parklife will take place on the grounds of Werchter Festivalpark, just ahead of the four-day Rock Werchter festival which will be at the same venue (and which Linkin Park headlined for the third time just last year). In a sense, it began as a one-off concert series that ran over four days back in 2021, but this year's event is effectively a fresh, separate undertaking re-using the same name. This new Werchter Parklife was announced in May last year, alongside the reveal that Linkin Park would be performing. Whether it will go beyond this year to become a recurring event in Belgium remains to be seen.

Linkin Park's last couple of times performing in Belgium were both different editions of the annual Rock Werchter festival where they headlined. On July 1, 2017, the band played on the festival for the second time after having been a headliner back in 2011. This was part of a European summer festival run following the May 2017 release of One More Light, and it was ultimately one of the very last Linkin Park shows Chester Bennington would perform prior to his passing in July 2017.

Almost a decade on, on July 3, 2025, Linkin Park returned to headline Rock Werchter once again as part of their previous European From Zero tour leg. This set featured "Cut the Bridge" appearing in a festival setlist for the first time, "From the Inside" being played earlier in the set than usual, and "Lying From You" turning up in the encore segment.

Towards the end, the audience was also very fortunate to experience to a true rarity: Emily Armstrong delivering a monstrous uninterrupted scream during "Heavy Is the Crown".

Linkin Park's most recent show saw them performing in in Florence, Italy, at Visarno Arena, an outdoor space located within the Ippodromo del Visarno (or Visarno Hippodrome), the city's famous and historic horse-racing track. This was the band's first time playing their own show in Florence, and the first time they've played their own headline event in Italy since the Meteora tour cycle in 2003 - just a couple of the many firsts that this From Zero chapter has given us over the past two years.

Linkin Park kicked this show off with the extended full-band opening for "Emptiness Machine", an addition which was introduced during this European tour leg.

Among the various rotation cuts during this Florence set were LIVING THINGS cuts "LIES GREED MISERY" and "LOST IN THE ECHO", as well as From Zero songs "IGYEIH" and "Let You Fade"

As has also happened at a few shows during this tour leg, most recently the first of the two Madrid shows, Linkin Park jammed out some of the Tears for Fears classic "Everybody Wants to Rule the World" as part of the extended outro for "Numb". Unfortunately, as the entire From Zero world tour is about to conclude after these next two shows, it's looking very unlikely that we'll get an all-out live cover of the song.

So following tonight's show in Werchter is the very last From Zero tour date, taking place at Stadion Letzigrund in Zürich, Switzerland. At the very least, it's sure to be an emotional occasion for the band and all their fans. But this also isn't quite the end of the From Zero chapter, as the band is also gearing up to release their documentary Unshatter along with an accompanying live album ...
