Firstly, patch your uxtheme.dll file. Then find a theme. Pretty damn easy and resource-efficient unlike other methods such as WindowsBlinds, etc. ;)
Try clearing your cache or switch to Firefox (highly recommended).
Ah, forgot to include a warning. Large .html file, what do you expect? If you use firefox it shouldn't crash.
