    Linkin Park’s
North American tour continues tonight in St. Louis, Missouri with the band playing at the Enterprise Center. It has been quite some time since the band last played in the Gateway City - their last performance in the STL area was at Riverport Amphitheater all the way back in 2008, and the last performance in the City of St. Louis was at the Edward Jones Dome in 2003. This will be Linkin Park’s ninth show in the St. Louis area and the first at the Enterprise Center.

Linkin Park’s first show in STL was in November 2000 at the now defunct Mississippi Nights club, on the Kings of the Game Tour with P.O.D. and (hed) pe. Like most shows from this era, we don’t have a setlist, but given that this was a month after Hybrid Theory was released, we can assume that it made up most of the setlist.

The band returned three times in 2001. The first show, in February 2001 at The Pageant as part of the Street Soldiers Tour featured a 14 song setlist with most of Hybrid Theory played; replacing Cure for the Itch with High Voltage and a freestyle with a 17 year old fan. Before the show, the band held a pre-show Meet and Greet and Signing at Vintage Vinyl, a record store and long time St. Louis institution, just down the street from The Pageant in the Delmar Loop.

They came back to Riverport in June 2001, playing a 10 song set featuring all songs from Hybrid Theory except Cure for the Itch and Pushing Me Away. This stop was part of the Ozzfest 2001 tour and featured Linkin Park playing along side Slipknot, Papa Roach, Disturbed, and The Prince of Darkness himself.

No videos of LP's performance from this show could be found, so instead enjoy this potato quality footage of Crazy Train. Why? Because it's Ozzy Fucking Osbourne, that's why.

In November, they played at the Family Arena in St. Charles on the Countdown to Revolution Tour. Unfortunately we don’t have a setlist from this show, but setlists from other shows on this tour are similar to what we saw in June.

In March 2003, Linkin Park returned to St. Louis to again play the Pageant on the LP Underground tour. With this show being one week before Meteora's release, fans got to hear Don't Stay, Somewhere I Belong, Lying From You, Faint, From The Inside and Hit The Floor for the first time.

Audio from the performance in March 2003

In July 2003, Linkin Park again returned to St. Louis to play at the Edward Jones Dome as part of the Summer Sanitarium Tour, headlined by Metallica. They played a very Meteora-heavy setlist, including Figure.09 and Numb.

A year later in August 2004, the band came back, with a stop at Riverport on the Projekt Revolution Tour. This show featured the Reanimation version of With You, The Used’s Bert McCracken helping out on Faint, a cover of Nine Inch Nail's Wish and Jonathan Davis closing out the show with Linkin Park on One Step Closer.

Finally, in August 2008, they played Riverport once again as part of Projekt Revolution. The band was mixing up their set lists on this tour, and this particular show was closed out with Bleed it Out, with a Reading My Eyes intro.

And now, 17 years and 2 days since that 2008 show, Linkin Park returns once again for some Imo’s and t-ravs to play for St. Louisans who’ve waited way too long to see them in their home city.

The band's previous show was Thursday at Nashville's Bridgestone Arena. My December's connection to Nashville was acknowledged by being played during the pre-show countdown, after which fans were treated to the C setlist, with LIES, GREED, MISERY taking the place of Castle of Glass.

So, what can we expect? The North American setlists have been in a pretty consistent rotation, with St. Louis in line for the A setlist. This means we’ll likely see a similar setlist to their recent Philly and Toronto shows, perhaps with a couple small changes. Whatever the setlist is, we do know this will be the greatest show the Enterprise Center has seen since the 2018-2019 Blues season.

With livestreaming becoming more accessible than ever, fans at home have been able to watch shows on social media via YouTube, TikTok, or Instagram livestreams from attendees. While we are not asking our readers to livestream the show, if anyone reading this finds a stream or is streaming it themselves, let us know so we can watch along with you!

Are you attending the St. Louis show? Head over to our official LPA Meetup Thread to let us know! And if you’re not attending and are in STL, plenty of tickets are still available! It’s a rare Saturday off day for the Cardinals, so what else were you gonna do?

What is everyone hoping to see tonight? Live debut of Unshatter? A deeper cut from A Thousand Suns? Fredbird and Louie crowd surfing in the pit? Come discuss with us on our forums and as always, share your photos and videos with us on Instagram or X @LPAssociation

    Couple notes
    • Stained was apparently played as 3rd song in this show, interesting placement..
    • LGM / COG is basically 50/50
    • Let You Fade is much less regular on this leg, basically rotating with FTI and APFMH.
    • KTTK has made only one appearance in Montreal, seems like the one song you need a lucky star to experience
