Greetings everyone,

I hope you're all doing well and getting ready for the Celldweller Remix Competition v2.0: Take It & Break It. Whether you are a fellow musician, remix artist, DJ, fan or critic, there will be ways for you to get involved. We're about 1 month away from launching the contest into full gear, but have plenty you can be doing to get ready in the meantime.

Visit the Official Celldweller Remix Competition website: Remix.Celldweller.Com and take a look at all the companies we've got backing the contest. This is going to be a massive contest spanning the next year, with 4 separate rounds of remixing, having 1 song up for remix each round. Beginning with a song from the Debut CD in September in Round 1, another from the Debut in Round 2, and then 2 brand new tracks from the upcoming albums in Rounds 3 & 4.

There will be prizes for the top 3 remixes from each round based on fan voting, as well as a hand picked winner by Klayton. Prizes will include magazine subscriptions, software, guitar strings, personal tech gear and special to-be-named prizes.

In other news, Klayton is set to release his own revision of Celldweller's first single, Switchback. No news on when or how it will be released, but you can check out an exerpt of the Klayton Revision at remix.celldweller.com.
