I've had this odd thing happening to me lately. Chrome disappears from the task bar, but Task Manager applications says it's still there, despite the fact that after minimizing all my open windows it's not showing up, causing for me to reopen Chrome. And a majority of the time it has no apology from Chrome for something going wrong, causing it to shut down. I've scanned my computer for viruses, and none so far. This also happens to my MSN sometimes. If Chrome crashes and shows me the blue "Aw Snap" screen, MSN will shut down completely, again causing me to reboot MSN. But oddly enough out of the two other programs that are usually opened other than Chrome (MSN and iTunes) MSN's the only affected program.
