The single from the Greatest Hits will be used to also promote Minutes To Midnight also (meaning the third single from MTM will be the first from the Greatest Hits) It will also include a DVD. Titled The Document and releasing September 18
Don't be too sure on that... I didn't believe that they'd do a remix album after one real album. Or a live album after two. Or a stupid mash-up project after two. At the rate of things, this seems very probable.
Lame. If this is true, they should at least do it a couple years from now when the band is dormant and fans need something else to get by before the next album in 10 years, if there even is one.
I don't see how this is "confirmed". unless the band announces it themselves through a myspace bulletin or some press release, it's not "confirmed". it's "confirmed" bullshit until I hear it from them; no offense.
Wirelessly Posted (HTCP4350-Mozilla/4.0 (compatible; MSIE 4.01; Windows CE; PPC)) probably warner trying to make more moeny
to promote MTM?... it's already gone platinum what more do they want man? and it doesn't belong to warner this album "Linkin Park: The Document" (love the name, old school LP), its from a label called MVD Records or something like that... i doubt its official, but don't know if it's fake. If the album does come out, i hope the remixes and b-sides are stuff we never listened to.
Looking at it again it doesn't say it'll be released under Warner so chances are that it's not official.
As far as I know, it's just another crappy interview DVD/CD disc much like conspiracy Theory. Unofficial and probably offers nothing new in terms of material or even the interviews.
