As far as I know, this is a demo of the new Havok physics engine that is going to be used in Half-Life 2 and Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas. If I'm wrong as to what it's going to be used in, I apologize. Anyway, this demo is really cool. Basically you can throw a skeleton around all you want to test the ragdoll physics. It's really cool stuff. The demo has instructions on how to use it properly.
Yeah, it's in Half-Life 2 and (I think) San Andreas. It's in a ton of FPS games, too. It's a good system, right up there with the Karma physics. I really want to see Unreal III's integrated physics, however.
