I understand your reasons for asking this and respect it. At certain times, when we feel it necessary to do so, we will post songs on our website and take that 'risk' if we feel the songs need to be posted. Truth be told, we have posted songs up and taken them down at Warner Brother's request in the past. As of this point, I have heard nothing from our Warner contacts or anything asking us to take down the songs so I can only assume they do not care. I do not see where you saw that we never said we wouldn't post mp3s. We said do not host mp3s that Warner has requested to be removed from websites or mp3s in general. We own the site, so we decide when to put ourselves at risk. Of course I didn't mean to sound rude but that's the way we look at it. In closing, Warner have not requested these removed yet so they are fine to be up here..for now. Also, why is your first post to complain? That's what I cant understand =\.
