    this really has me confused...

how could every day people (like LP used to be) write such great music and lyrics??

if you compare LP lyrics to another band (not so much the music) you will see that LP's lyrics actually do mean something. wether it would be romance, getting rejected by a girl, war, death, and every day life.

me, personally can relate to the song "in the end" with different thoughts and feelings.

Yes, all of Linkin Park's songs have a meaning, that's why people can relate to them. They're pretty emotional to, if you really listen to some of the lyrics, like ''Crawling'', ''In The End'', ''Faint'', and ''Numb''. I can probably best relate to Faint and In The End the most. BTW, if you're looking for emotinal music, listen to Gun In Hand by Stutterfly.
