LITEON DVD-ROM pisses me off!!!

    I've got this new LITEON DVD-ROM and it alot of DVDs don't play on it!!! Just today I bought two films to watch and none of them played even thought they played perfectly in the shop! I'm really pissed right now and want help!!! Does this problem happen with all LITEON DVD-ROMs?

    Most users that use Liteon come to this very forum so we have a pretty good opinion of it.
