    Does this mean that it will be televised? Can someone please explain what an open courtroom means?

    I think it means open to the public, but I'm not sure.

    I hope Michael 'Molester' Jackson can't pay himself out of this one.

    Of course they do, this is big coverage. It will take the public eye away from the tragedies occuring Iraq, as they focus on more trivial matters.

    It means that anyone can watch the case and not just friends and family.

    I think it would be very interesting to see a criminal trial take place, but I'm a college kid with no time to spare for such things. Curse all this homework.

    But then again, I don't think I'd want to watch this one. Too many sordid details for me.
