St. Louis alternative rock station 105.7 The Point has shared a new interview with Linkin Park's Mike Shinoda. This interview comes ahead of the band's St. Louis, MO tour date on August 23, when they will be playing a show at the 18,000-capacity Enterprise Center. In the video, Shinoda is seen chatting with The Point's midday host Donny Fandango about first getting back on-stage with the new Linkin Park line-up (almost a whole year ago now), his feelings looking back on his 2018 album Post Traumatic, particularly in contrast to crafting new Linkin Park music afterwards, and writing post-From Zero single "Up From the Bottom". Shinoda also speaks on the current U.S. tour leg, and explains that the extensive touring to promote From Zero has strengthened the band as a live act, as fans who attend the St. Louis show on August 23 will see.
