   this is what ive heard from somewhere:
   
   phoenix was first in xero then he joined the snax - he didnt quit yet - then xero was renamed Linkin Park. the snax started touring and phoenix couldnt be with LP anymore temporarily because of the touring so temp. quit LP, toured with snax and then later joined LP after the touring was finished
