This is another piece of ridiculous work by me. It's inspired by my trippy dream and basically explains what happened in it. I'm unsure of some lines within it but whatever, I'll probably work on it to make it better at some point. Hope you like it anyway :)

"Standing On A Chandelier, Shouting At The Floor"

I remember crying for hours, I've never been so happy to see my hometown,
So I set off for a taxi, but saw a man from my nightmares,
(He seemed realistic and so it scared me, I'm not going back there)
Jumped onto the back of a convertible, with unfamiliars on the other seats,
The driver told me it'd cost me to return to my safe house, as he drove me so recklessly,
I screamed "take it slowly, these roads are treacherous," he laughed and said "I know these roads well,"
He flew down the most dangerous path, and veered over the edge and we fell.

I awoke holding onto a cliff face, the man shouted to me "Climb down in diamond shapes,
    And you'll find your way,"
(So I proceeded with my descent)
This is when the cliff-side faded and melted into a flaccid brown,
As my perspective helped me notice that my efforts were ineffective,
So I loosened my grip and fell into the emptiness.

And that's when she turned up,
Shining brightly against the black background,
She took me into her arms,
And cradled me through the great facade.

    She spoke,
"Through these doors, the most elusive fantasies can come to life,
I'd show you brilliant things, let you bathe in curing seas,
(Lather you with lucidity, to help you understand)
You'll never completely know, the complexities this room possesses,
Let me inspire your interest, by saying you're our only guest tonight,
within these four walls, I can promise you an eternity painless,"
I headed for another door, she threatened me with the exact opposite.

"God doesn't approve of your entry,
So you'll have to remain in this antechamber,
And if you disobey his rules,
    He'll no doubt torture you."

    And when she turned up,
Shining brightly against the black background,
She took me into her arms,
And cradled me through the great facade.

I had to escape this building, no such place like it should exist, on this earth,
(If God wants to come down and save me, he can do it himself)
I tread through lava and ashes, burning my feet but not feeling the pain,
(I should have entered that room and found out what it contained)
