Hey everyone, So, recently I've noticed that my phone will occasionally force quit the phone.android application when I receive a phone call. Up until today it only happened occasionally, but as of today it happened twice in a row, and I'm not sure if my phone has some sort of issue that I'll need to bring up with T-Mobile. If possible I'd really like to not have to do anything drastic. So, for anyone who just so happens to have any experience with this particular phone or Androids in general, why is this happening? Is there something I can do without having to take this to customer service? This is an inconvenience I'd obviously rather not have. Any and all help is appreciated. Thank you. Louis
I suggest trying a factory reset. You'll lose all the data on your phone (so make sure your contacts and calendar are synced to your Google account, pictures backed up, etc), but it will return your phone to the state it was in when you first bought it, so if it's a software issue, it might resolve it. http://www.knowyourcell.com/htc/htc...w_to_hard_reset_the_htc_mytouch_3g_slide.html
