Hey guys, would you mind telling me what you think about this EP cover I've come up with for my band? The girl in the photo is a friend of mine whom I asked to pose for me and she came up with a few photos and then I pissed around with them. Hope you like it and any feedback is appreciated. Also, this is the first time I've messed with grunge effects so bare that in mind Anyway, I am proud to present to you, Vacancy In 305's (maybe) EP artwork:
I think you overdid the grunge a bit But it looks cool. Maybe put a bit more black/white on the whole cover.

It's looking pretty great. I do agree with Chris, I think it would look better if the picture was black and white or maybe a gradient of two colours, anyways. But what I'd definitely do is make your band name a whole lot bigger. And maybe put it in contrast with the colours of the rest of the cover so people really notice it... because that's what you want to have when you make an EP right, people finding out about the band? Just what I think...
Looks cool. But I think it's a bit too colourful. Just use some effects to bring a blunt look to the whole thing and highlight the band's name. Overall it's brilliant!

I'm a big fan of the second image in that last post, Dave. Maybe try to up the contrast a bit so she stands out even more.
