1st, you wouldn't have to bug a mod to find out your warning level. 2nd, it saves the mod a bit of work, so they don't have to pm the person and tell them they're warned. The person will just see it the next time they post or in their profile. I haven't been here that long, but I kind of noticed that and it bugged me. If you've actually had problems with this in the past then you can go ahead and close this, but until then I'm for this.
When people are warned, we warn them in the thread that they deserved to be warned in. No one PMs anyone. You should know if you've been warned in the past or not. If not, there is always the Your Warnings thread. I don't really see a point. Thanks for the suggestion, though.
I could say something right now, but I'll not... It'd be useful if you sent us a formal PM when we got a warning. It's easier to keep track of, instead of bothing the staff having them check. Nate - You apply the warning then you go here.... There's a guide for members, but not for staff? Only joking around.
There's actually an option for being able to see a member's warning level in Invision 1.3, but LPA is on Invision 1.1.2, not sure if that version has that option. I think that a PM or email should be sent with a warning though, basically because it's hard to look through all your posts, especially when the sorting options in the "find all posts by this member" don't go in reverse chronological order.
Omg, you'll never believe this! We've actually found a way to accept the fact we're not on the latest version of IPB! Check it out: http://www.lpassociation.com/forums/index....=ST&f=9&t=14160 Amazing, ain't it?! Just awesome.
I know what he meant, but since people still disregard issues we have already made clear to the LPA, if people want to disregard what we have already explained, then all you'll get is disregard in return. So to those who keep telling us to upgrade, I'm going to talk to you like a parent to a baby, in the nicest way possible: Wanna pay? Anyone who wants the upgrade, wanna pay? You know you wanna pay because that's all you do is complain and bring the same issues up? Do ya? Do yaaaa? Aww, that's a good little member, go ahead, go play, it's okay, let the grown ups do our best, okay? Aww, okay, you go play now. Good kids, goooood kids. I'm sorry, I can't take this serious anymore. Everyone knows our situation, so either you can pay for a liscense or be quiet. Until then, stop disregarding things we don't control at the moment. The whole reason we set up the "your warnings" thread is so you know your warnings. What's the matter? Embarassed about your warnings? Too bad, you break the rules, that's your fault. You don't keep track of your warnings? Your fault. We learned how to accept this, why don't you? "Blah blah blah, upgrade upgrade upgrade!" Just shut it already. We know.
I knew he was going to say that. <_< Anyways, you know. There's a huge modification db for 1.1.2 ... here. Don't shoot the messenger.
Oh my god. Tomi. STOP it. Youre always doing the "You should do this." crap and everyone is getting sick of it. Let me make this perfectly clear. WE WILL DO THINGS HOW WE WANT TO. Stop being the little Invision posterboy, we dont care.

Just out of curiosity, when you get invision do you pay like, monthly or is it just a one off payment?
Dude, you're a year old than I am. [/b][/quote] He was insinuating some of the people who keep asking are being childish because they don't listen, so he's speaking to them as kids. He wans't speaking to you.
