I don't get the hype with this band, but I decided to try out From Under The Cork Tree. Sounds like any other emo band, but the lyrics are not as easy to get as they were supposed to be. I was never into this kind of music except for Paramore. Some sounds are good, but all the songs fail to get stuck in my head. This song is the exception, though.

This record seems to be getting better after Sugar We're Goin Down, but still not making the cut for me.

Deafheaven - Brought To The Water
Great track to start this album. The guitar solo midway through it is great. The worst are the vocals, but that was the worst already on Baby Blue and Luna. The riffing is well constructed and they even play with more accessible sounds that tie it up so well while never sounding generic and finishing with a bright piano melody. As to the lyrics I can't say anything because I didn't get any of them by listening.
